WarPulse - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the WarPulse application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

WarPulse is a mobile application that tracks and analyzes active armed conflicts worldwide. It provides real-time updates from publicly available sources, AI-powered analysis, military power comparisons, interactive maps, and push notifications.

3. No Account Required

• WarPulse does not require account creation or sign-in • The app functions anonymously • Push notification tokens are the only server-side identifier • Favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device

4. Free and Premium Usage

• Free: All features with advertisements (banners and interstitials) • Premium: One-time purchase ($4.99) removes all advertisements permanently • Purchase is processed through your Apple App Store account • This is a non-consumable purchase — buy once, keep forever • You can restore your purchase on any device via "Restore Purchases"

5. Content Disclaimer

WarPulse is an INFORMATIONAL tool, NOT a news agency. • All data is sourced from publicly available outlets (GDELT, BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, Reuters, etc.) • AI predictions and analysis do not guarantee outcomes • Casualty and refugee figures are estimates from available data • Military comparisons are based on publicly available data (Global Firepower) • WarPulse does not endorse any side in any conflict • Content may contain sensitive material related to armed conflicts, casualties, and humanitarian crises

6. User Responsibilities

• You must use the app for lawful and informational purposes only • You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app • You may not use WarPulse data for commercial purposes without permission • You acknowledge that conflict data may be distressing

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its content (design, code, logos, AI analysis) belong to WarPulse. Users may not copy, distribute, or use the app for commercial purposes.

8. Service Changes

• We may modify app features with or without prior notice • Data sources may change as availability changes • We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance • Free features may change, but premium purchase benefits remain permanent

9. Limitation of Liability

WarPulse cannot be held liable for: • Accuracy of conflict data, casualty figures, or predictions • Decisions made based on information provided by the app • Emotional distress caused by conflict-related content • Direct or indirect damages arising from app usage The app is provided "as is".

10. Age Restriction

WarPulse is rated 17+ due to conflict and war-related content. Users under 17 should not use this application.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.

WarPulse uygulamasini ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu Kullanim Kosullarini kabul etmis olursunuz. Kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz uygulamayi kullanmayiniz.

2. Hizmet Tanimi

WarPulse, dunyadaki aktif silahli catismalari takip eden ve analiz eden bir mobil uygulamadir. Kamuya acik kaynaklardan gercek zamanli guncellemeler, yapay zeka destekli analizler, askeri guc karsilastirmalari, interaktif haritalar ve push bildirimleri sunar.

3. Hesap Gerekmez

• WarPulse hesap olusturma veya giris yapma gerektirmez • Uygulama anonim olarak calisir • Push bildirim tokenleri sunucu tarafindaki tek tanimlayicidir • Favoriler ve tercihler cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir

4. Ucretsiz ve Premium Kullanim

• Ucretsiz: Tum ozellikler reklamlarla birlikte (banner ve interstitial) • Premium: Tek seferlik satin alma ($4.99) tum reklamlari kalici olarak kaldirir • Satin alma Apple App Store hesabiniz uzerinden islenir • Bu tuketilemez bir satin almadir — bir kez alin, sonsuza kadar kullanin • "Satin Alimlari Geri Yukle" ile herhangi bir cihazda satin almanizi geri yukleyebilirsiniz

5. Icerik Sorumluluk Reddi

WarPulse bir BILGILENDIRME aracidir, haber ajansi DEGILDIR. • Tum veriler kamuya acik kaynaklardan elde edilir (GDELT, BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, Reuters vb.) • Yapay zeka tahminleri ve analizleri sonuclari garanti etmez • Kayip ve multeci rakamlari mevcut verilerden elde edilen tahminlerdir • Askeri karsilastirmalar kamuya acik verilere dayanir (Global Firepower) • WarPulse hicbir catismada herhangi bir tarafi desteklemez • Icerik silahli catismalar, kayiplar ve insani krizlerle ilgili hassas materyal icerebilir

6. Kullanici Sorumluluklari

• Uygulamayi yalnizca yasal ve bilgilendirme amaciyla kullanmalisiniz • Uygulamayi kotuye kullanma, tersine muhendislik veya mudahale girisiminde bulunamazsiniz • WarPulse verilerini izinsiz ticari amacla kullanamazsiniz • Catisma verilerinin rahatsiz edici olabilecegini kabul edersiniz

7. Fikri Mulkiyet

Uygulama ve icerigi (tasarim, kod, logolar, yapay zeka analizleri) WarPulse'a aittir. Kullanicilar uygulamayi kopyalayamaz, dagitamaz veya ticari amacla kullanamaz.

8. Hizmet Degisiklikleri

• Uygulama ozelliklerini onceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmadan degistirebiliriz • Veri kaynaklari mevcut duruma gore degisebilir • Hizmeti gecici olarak bakim amacli durdurabiliriz • Ucretsiz ozellikler degisebilir, ancak premium satin alma avantajlari kalicidir

9. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

WarPulse asagidakilerden sorumlu tutulamaz: • Catisma verileri, kayip rakamlari veya tahminlerin dogrulugu • Uygulamanin sagladigi bilgilere dayanarak alinan kararlar • Catisma ile ilgili icerigin neden oldugu duygusal sikinti • Uygulama kullanimindan kaynaklanan dogrudan veya dolayli zararlar Uygulama "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir.

10. Yas Sinirlamasi

WarPulse, catisma ve savasla ilgili icerik nedeniyle 17+ olarak derecelendirilmistir. 17 yasindan kucuk kullanicilar bu uygulamayi kullanmamalidir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina tabidir. Uyusmazliklarda Istanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
