By using the WarPulse application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

WarPulse is a mobile application that tracks and analyzes active armed conflicts worldwide. It aggregates news from multiple international sources, provides AI-powered analysis, military power comparisons, and real-time alerts.

3. Content Disclaimer

• WarPulse aggregates publicly available news and data. We do not create or endorse the content of third-party news sources.
• AI-generated analysis, predictions, and win probabilities are for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive assessments.
• Casualty figures, refugee counts, and other conflict metrics are estimates based on available data and may not reflect exact numbers.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party news sources.

4. In-App Purchase

• Ad-Free Lifetime: One-time purchase to remove all advertisements
• Purchase is managed through the Apple App Store
• All features are available for free; the purchase only removes ads
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
• You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for illegal purposes, to promote violence, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

6. Age Restriction

WarPulse contains content related to armed conflicts, including references to casualties and violence. The app is rated 17+ and is not intended for users under 17 years of age.

7. Limitation of Liability

WarPulse is an informational tool, not a defense or intelligence service. All data is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the app. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

8. Intellectual Property

The WarPulse app, including its design, code, AI analysis system, and original content, is the property of Mehmet Eraslan. News content is attributed to and owned by its respective sources. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

9. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving alerts about breaking news, conflict escalations, ceasefires, and periodic digests. You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
